Rental Reservation Requirements

Booking Fee: 10% or $200, whichever is greater, to book your rental. Payment of this non-refundable fee reduces your total rental cost. For example, if your total rental amount due is $1332 including tax, after paying your $200 booking fee, your remaining amount due is $1132 which is then divided into two installment payments of $566 each, due four months and two months prior to arrival.

Security Deposit: A $500 security Deposit is required to cover damages and/or property loss that occurs during your stay. The security deposit must be paid by personal check and arrive at the office no later than ten (10) days prior to arrival. The security deposit is NOT applied toward rent and is fully refundable within fourteen (14) business days after departure. See Rental Contract for details. The cost to correct/replace/repair any damage or loss will be deducted from the security deposit refund. You will receive a detailed list of charges and supporting documentation/photos for any charges applied.

First Rental Installment: The first half of money due four (4) months prior to your arrival. This is the total cost of your rental less your deposit divided by 1/2.

Second Rental Installment: The second half (balance) of money which is due two (2) months prior to your arrival.
