Here's how it all works:

  1. You decide that you are interested in our beach home.
    1. You may check availability by logging onto our web site and click on the AVAILABILITY link. Select the floor(s) of interest to see if the dates are available.     2. View additional photos. We recommend using a high-speed connection to take this virtual tour. Allow a minute or two for it to load. After taking the tour, use your browser's BACK button to return to this page.
    3. Contact us by phone (330-825-0200, May through October / 850-229-1081, November through April), email or standard mail (see address below) and we will try to answer any questions you have. Note that standard mail is so very slow, your desired dates may be taken before we receive your request. So, be sure to call us to advise that your letter is on the way.
  2. After all your questions have been answered, you have seen the photos and the dates you want are available, you decide to stay with us. GREAT! And "THANKS" for choosing our beach home. Now, just contact us by phone or email to book your beach vacation. We will ask for the following information:
    1. The floor(s) you want to book.
      • Crystal Sands Too - Both Floors, sleeps 20 and covers both floors.
      • Crystal Sands - First Floor, sleeps 10.
      • Crystal Sands - Second Floor, sleeps 10.
    2. The dates you wish to arrive and depart.
    3. Your contact information:
              EMAIL address
    4. Number of adults, childern and pets in your party if known.
    5. Any special requirements you have. For example, you might need an infant's highchair and crib. We have many items in stock. If we don't have what you need, it is possible that we will get it for your use. Our policy is "Pack your suitcase. We provide the rest."
    6. Ask any additional questions. We will do our best to get the information you need.
  3. If everything is to your satisfaction, we record your tentative booking dates and you pay the deposit. Click here for additional information on how to pay.
  4. Once your deposit is made, we update our calendars. Your stay with us is confirmed by email or standard mail if you don't have access to email. A copy of the Rental Rules is included.
  5. You complete and sign a copy of the Rental Rules and return it to us by email or standard mail.
  6. We receive your completed Rental Rules, run a standard credit check to insure that you are a responsible adult and send you an invoice for the balance of your rental payments. Directions to the beach home are also included.
  7. You pay the remaining amounts which are due 60 and 30 days prior to arrival. If your credit card information is on file and you give us permission, we can automiatically make the 60 and 30 day payments for you. The security deposit is cared for by supplying your credit card information or making a $500 payment.
  8. You call Scott or Cathy about an hour before arrival so that they can greet you at the house and show you around. Many renters feel that this is one of the best services we provide. Your vacation begins.
